A full-fledged year-round residential house designed as a hotel room. It features an integrated bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, water heater, backlit mirror, and heated floors.

Framework:

• Structural metal framework (profile pipe 100×100, 50×100).
• Wooden frame for walls and ceilings – planed dry board 48×48, 98×48, 148×48, grade A/B.
• Insulation: 150mm RockWool mineral wool (with 50mm+100mm for floors).
• Membranes: Isospan AQ, RS with sealing of all joints using Delta tape.

Interior Finishing:

• Internal wall cladding: tongue and groove paneling, 14×140, coniferous wood, painted with Tikkurila acrylic lacquer (color of your choice).
• Waterproof Tarkett laminate flooring with a 4-sided bevel.
• Interior doors – solid or with glass.
• Built-in wardrobe with shutter doors.
• Bathroom: combination of ceramic granite and solid wood.

Exterior Finishing:

• Beveled cladding boards, 20×120, 20×140, made of spruce, painted with Tikkurila paint (color of your choice).
• Roofing: TechnoNicol torch-on roofing.
• Terrace decking: 28×143 larch, velvety texture, oiled with Tikkurila oil.
• Docke gutter system.

Glazing:

• Windows: PVC frames, double-glazed windows with energy-saving features.
• Entrance door: PVC with a closer and multi-point lock.
• Panoramic glazing: double-glazed windows with energy-saving features.

Utilities:

• Concealed plumbing and drainage pipes within the framework.
• Built-in electrical wiring and an integrated central electrical panel.
• Internal and external sockets.
• Exterior and interior lighting.
• Self-regulating heating cables with thermostats for all concealed water supply pipelines.

Equipment and Plumbing:

• Ventilation valves.
• Hot and cold water collector groups.
• “Winter” non-freezing faucet on the facade.
• Cable underfloor heating in the bathroom.
• Bathroom: sink with cabinet, shower cabin, toilet, mirror with lighting.
• Zanussi 80-liter water heater.
• Infrared underfloor heating.
