“Barnhouse” is a style of country house construction that originated at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries in England. It combines elements of minimalism, rustic design, and loft aesthetics.
Load-bearing structure: planed board, individually prepared, chamber dried, factory antiseptic treatment, PROPITEX fire bio-protection, professional fire bio-protection (1 or 2 group) for both external and internal work.
Fasteners: All elements of the house are assembled using bolts or screws; nails are not part of the technological process. External cladding is attached using EuroTec 111811 Haptec fasteners, stainless steel screws.
Insulation: environmentally friendly mineral wool URSA Terra 34 PN PRO (floor – 150mm, ceiling 150mm, walls 150mm). Moisture and wind protection – NANOIZOL A black, vapor barrier NANOIZOL B.
Exterior finishing: metal 0.5mm window sills with a polymer coating in RAL 7024 (graphite) or RAL 9005 (black matte), imitation of timber from coniferous species, Pinotex ULTRA paint (color to be agreed with the customer), PVC membrane Big Top V-PR for the roof (or metal 0.5mm with a polymer coating in RAL 7024 – graphite).
Interior finishing: “shiplap” paneling from coniferous wood, including window sills, painted with latex interior paint Text.
Rough floors – OSB – 3rd 18mm class E 0.5 emission – in dry rooms, moisture-resistant plywood in bathrooms and wet areas.
Antiseptic treatment of wooden structures in chamber-dried sheathing in factory conditions, PROPITEX fire bio-protection, professional fire bio-protection (1 or 2 group) for both external and internal work.
Window and door units: ELEX 5 cam lamination St, with dual-sided RAL coating, hardware included, as per visualization (except for openings with frameless glazing).
